Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Builder & Co. ("the Service"), operated by Ctrl AI, Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Builder & Co. is a subscription-based platform where independent product builders list products, receive structured peer feedback, and gain distribution. Access requires a paid subscription of $29/month.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your products will enter a 30-day fading period before being archived. Resubscribing restores your products.
5. Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit (products, reviews, videos). By posting, you grant Builder & Co. a license to display your content on the platform. Reviews must be honest and constructive. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Reviews
Reviews are peer feedback intended to help builders improve. You may not review your own products. Reviews should be substantive, honest, and respectful. Manipulating reviews or ratings is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Ctrl AI, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
